A typical project would include a go to market strategy supported by sustained outreach to build a meaningful pipeline.
While our core service focuses on growth strategy and subsequent revenue generation, services extend beyond to include operations and creative when required.

We are flexible in our approach and work collaboratively with our clients depending upon the challenge or opportunity at hand.

We work on a minimum three month retainer model on a daily, weekly, monthly or hours per month agreement.
We are flexible in our approach and clear in our up front written agreement of what is and what is not covered.
We are happy to work remotely, in an office or on a hybrid model.
Because we are entrepreneurs we like to include a pre agreed outcome based incentive.

US Market entry for Chinese TikTok Shop agency
The Task: Introduce company to US based companies in the beauty, apparel, supplement and homeware categories
Our Role:
Pure business development for TTS creator progammes and live streams across the identified categories
Onboarding of brands and operational oversight of TikTok Shop
Liaison with TikTok to build TSP, GKA and TCA partnerships
Deliverables: Credentials deck, populated prospect lists, ICP mapping, cold outreach, pipeline establishment, revenue reporting tool/ methodology and investor deck
C Suite focused project to penetrate advertising holding companies
The Task: EXL asked us to build upon the the significant BPO and AI driven shared services work they were doing for a leading agency holding company. They wanted to make other holding companies aware of the services and significant value they were delivering.
Strategy: The C suite (especially at advertising holding companies!) is notoriously hard to engage with. They are busy. They do not respond to email solicitation. Through our network we created highly targeted and relevant messaging to C suite executives.
Deliverables: Set up high level meetings at WPP, IPG, Dentsu, Publicis, Havas, Stagwell, Vayner and their respective agencies. Educated prospects on benefits of significant 800 person shared services offering developed for leading holding company.
Ongoing discussions will lead to new revenue at EXL and a reduced cost base for some as a result of a labour arbitrage model.
US market growth for ‘soccer’ sponsorship agency
The Task: Launch ConnectFC to US brands against an inviting backdrop including the FIFA World Club Cup in 2025 and the FIFA World Cup in 2026.
Our Role: Build awareness of ConnectFC as a premier soccer sponsorship agency. Build brand and agency prospect lists based on knowledge of football/soccer and educate said brands on value of English Premier League and others (LaLiga, SerieA). Specifically promote sponsorship packages and stadium naming rights.
Deliverables: Credentials deck, prospect list, high level sponsorship meetings, pipeline creation and deal closure
