Scott has over 30 years of experience in entertainment and production in China and Hollywood. With time at Fox, Carolco, and recently Star TV he has built a myriad of high-level relationships with Hollywood studios and agencies. He is a frequent speaker on panels at film, TV, and business summits about entertainment marketing, development, and production. He is a member of the Academy of TV ARTS and Sciences, the Writer’s Guild of America, and the Asia Society. Scott manages the work from Los Angeles and Shanghai.

Since graduating from University de Nouvelle Sorbonne Paris 3, Kris has spent over a decade in Beijing working in top positions within China’s entertainment industry. Starting at Alibaba’s Youko Tudou, where she was head of foreign content acquisition, Kris went on to become Director of International Business at Le Vision Pictures, where she was responsible for international sales of such hits as Tiny Times 3 and Zhang Yimou’s Coming Home; and later became head of development for renowned Chinese director Lu Chuan. Kris is fluently trilingual in Chinese, French and English.

Over the last 20 years, Martin has worked with several of the world’s most successful advertising agencies across the Asia Pacific region. With previous roles in Japan and Korea, he ran high-profile global accounts, developed iconic creative campaigns, and guided Fortune 500 brands through the changing communications landscape. Martin speaks several languages, resides in Shanghai, and has unprecedented expertise in the Chinese, Korean and Japanese markets. 

Viola has seven years of media and brand marketing experience, having worked at such companies as China Sichuan Radio & TV Group, Croton Media, and others. Viola has helped market TV shows, license IP for Chinese remake use, connect artists with their fans and markets, and helped oversee toy and derivative sales. Clients she has worked with along the way include Tencent, Huawei, Song Art Museum, and more. Viola is bi-lingual and is based in Shanghai.

David oversees the business from New York and London, where he explores strategic partnerships, seeks out new opportunities, and leads complex negotiations on behalf of clients. With 30 years of marketing experience at some of the world’s largest agencies, he is fascinated by the continued growth and effectiveness of celebrity brand endorsement in the China and Asia Pacific markets. David is multi-lingual, has traveled to over 60 countries, and was invited to join as the 110th member on Linkedin.

Oksana is our account executive for Russia, Eastern & Central Europe. She began her career in the cosmetic industry and found success as a Sales Director for a leading global company. She also has over 6 years of experience in the financial markets having worked with well-known investment companies. She has certification as a specialist from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF). Besides speaking fluent Russian, Oksana also speaks English and Ukrainian. Her ability to deliver professional expertise and advice has helped establish long-term business relationships with her clients.

Robert has been actively involved in business and the financial markets, including risk management and analysis for nearly 30 years. His working relationships began in the U.S, and evolved into long-term connections in the Middle East and beyond. His involvement as an expert speaker in the financial markets, and writing has given him the opportunity to engage within the world of endorsements and branding. Robert's work in the FinTech industry based in Tel Aviv and reach into Dubai has extended his network with international companies and his ability to coordinate and facilitate the needs of all clients.
